Tom oversees the strategies and implementation of Enhancing Capital's fixed income portfolios. Before Enhancing Capital formally registered as an RIA, Tom operated as an integral Investment Analyst for The Parmer Group for over 10 years. Tom enjoys traveling with his wife to see his grandchildren, in addition to being a sailing expert. In addition to his role at Enhancing Capital, Tom serves as an Elder at Trinity Presbyterian Church.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
